Contains lyrics from the Pink Floyd song "Breathe" the intro track to their masterpiece album "Dark Side of The Moon" an album that changed my life.
The Octahedron featured here represents Air, and therefore linked to the song lyric because air is required to breathe. It serves to remind that one thing that is most important, that we cannot do without for even a couple minutes, is air. Therefore, it is not too strange to find that our control of our breathe can greatly influence how well we live.
Through breathing meditation, one can become more grounded in the present moment and remove all stress about the past and future. For one moment, one can become in full appreciation of the now, regardless of all other expectations. This piece can serve as that daily reminder to breathe in that prana and feel at ease with whatever may come.
